Founder & CEO
Anna is a visionary leader in the self-care industry, with a diverse background as an author, entrepreneur, pharmacist, and specialist in medicines reclassification and marketing commercialisation. With a deep commitment to improving healthcare access, Anna is dedicated to breaking down barriers to essential medicines and empowering individuals to take control of their health.
As the driving force behind Maxwellia, she is spearheading innovative efforts to bring game-changing products to market, challenging the status quo and paving the way for a future where self-care is more accessible and inclusive. A Fellow of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, Anna's work is guided by her passion for empowering people and improving health outcomes through accessible, effective solutions.
David B Horne
Chief Financial Officer
David brings a wealth of experience in high-growth strategy, funding and scaling, helping organisations navigate ambitious growth with confidence.
A Chartered Accountant who trained with PwC, he has held senior financial leadership roles, including CFO for two AIM-listed companies, and has raised over £100 million investment funding to support ambitious business plans.
With a long track record of guiding founders through accelerated growth, strategic acquisitions and organisational change, David adds valuable insight into shaping Maxwellia’s future direction. He is also a passionate advocate for fairer access to funding, bringing a thoughtful and socially driven perspective to how businesses grow sustainably and inclusively
Julia Kemp
Chief Customer Officer
Julia is an ambitious commercial leader with deep expertise in FMCG and consumer healthcare, bringing a strategic mindset shaped by senior roles at LGC and Reckitt Benckiser. Her career spans complex, fast-moving environments where she has built high-performing teams, strengthened customer partnerships, and delivered sustained commercial growth.
With experience across brand-driven global organisations, Julia combines strong commercial acumen with a sharp understanding of consumer behaviour and retail dynamics. She excels at translating insight into strategy, driving channel expansion, and leading customer functions through periods of transformation and scale.
In her role as Chief Customer Officer, Julia brings this blend of operational excellence and consumer-first thinking to Maxwellia, championing the customer voice, shaping commercial strategy and unlocking new growth opportunities as the business continues to evolve.
Jenny Davies
Head of Regulatory
Jenny is a seasoned expert in Regulatory Affairs, with over 35 years of experience shaping the future of OTC medicines. A driving force behind countless successful reclassifications across the UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, she has played a pivotal role in bringing transformative healthcare solutions to market.
Jenny’s expertise spans some of the industry’s most recognized brands, and her collaborative approach with health authorities, industry leaders, and associations continues to set new standards in regulatory excellence. Passionate about innovation, Jenny is dedicated to making self-care more accessible to all.
Sarah-Jane Housley
Business Development, Procurement & Supply Chain Manager
Sarah-Jane (or SJ as she’s known around the office!) is committed to making sure customers have effortless access to trusted brands at the right price. A true promise keeper, she excels at building lasting relationships with both suppliers and customers. Her passion lies in creating efficient, streamlined global supply chains within the OTC sector, ensuring that the right products reach the right people, every time. Known for her sharp eye for a bargain, SJ can sniff out value faster than most—making sure no deal goes unnoticed.

Paris is a self-care advocate and brand storyteller with over nine years of experience in brand and marketing across wellness and FMCG. She loves bringing ideas to life in ways that connect with people, helping brands inspire trust, change perceptions and make a positive difference.
Paris believes that wellness is more than a category, it’s a way to live better, and she’s passionate about building brands and experiences that help people feel good, live well and thrive.
Morgan Clifton-Parks

Morgan is a Content Creator Apprentice focused on researching, planning, and developing content that drives brand growth and awareness. With a background in design and a keen interest in healthcare, she’s particularly passionate about promoting OTC medicines that empower people to take control of their health. Morgan leads the management of our social media channels, website, and CRM system—using her digital expertise and creative flair to ensure our brands are not only seen and remembered, but easily accessible to those who need them most. Her work plays a key role in connecting people with the products that support their everyday wellbeing.

With a knack for admin honed over years in different industries, she thrives on tackling challenges with a smile. Whether it’s sorting the (occasional!) chaos or lending a helping hand, Sally ensures the team can focus on the bigger picture, while she masters the important things that make everything tick!

Chris Radford
Brand Strategy Consultant
A former marketing director, brand strategy consultant, and author of Attractive Thinking. Chris has worked with Anna and the team from the very earliest days at Maxwellia to develop insights about what matters to customers and translate these into brands and products that consumers will love. Chris acts as a strategic advisor to support the team with customer insight, brand positioning and marketing communications.

Ian Adamson
Non-Executive Director
Ian brings over 30 years’ international consumer health and personal care experience to the Maxwellia team. He is an advisor to the board of the UK independent pharmacy chain Day Lewis plc, an advisor to the board of Spanish healthcare company ReVa Europe S.L and board advisor to East Midlands Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Prior to this Ian was Chief Commercial Officer and a main board director at SSL International plc with responsibility for a $1bn portfolio of brands, which included Durex and Scholl.
