Key Responsibilities

  1. Own the brand DNA, build brand assets and own the brand experience.

  2. Design, develop and execute the Brand Launch plan on time.

  3. Plan and deliver the brand activation Roadmap to achieve Brand targets.

  4. Ensure that Maxwellia KPI’s, ROI metrics and deliverables are met, full P&L responsibility.

  5. Develop global brand assets where applicable, launch new products and line extensions

  6. Become a self care champion

The Role – Brand Builder

  1. Own the brand DNA and brand experience including, claims development, copy, artwork, training, communication, content, sales materials, relevant technology, stakeholders, customer service etc.

  2. Develop and execute Go to Market plan and Roadmap to effectively implement product launches and line extensions in line with the strategy working with key internal and external stakeholders.

  3. Design, develop and deliver the necessary 360° ATL and BTL tools, compelling marketing collateral, marketing campaigns and support to meet the needs of customers, sales force, partners and consumers and to deliver the desired brand experience and growth targets.

  4. Identify and manage suppliers and agencies in the delivery of the Roadmop across multiple disciplines e.g. supply, market research, branding, training, technology, graphic design.

  5. Co-ordinate the multi-disciplinary team to deliver against their milestones in the brand Roadmap on time.

  6. Consolidate and analyse national market data, track performance, evaluate campaign effectiveness using metrics and data  highlight trends and distil insights including keeping track of competitive activity.

  7. Segment and quantify market opportunities. Turn insight into actionable strategies and plans that are aligned with the sales force.

  8. Develop annual three year rolling brand plans and one year by quarter, Brand Roadmap that will optimise sales in UK.

  9. Input and shape the long term rolling sales forecast working with procurement & supply.

  10. Ensure Maxwellia KPI’s, ROI metrics and deliverables are met for the brand.

  11. Be proactive and highlight any short falls, timeline issues and recommended corrective action up the line in good time.

  12. Build strong relationships with external stakeholders e.g. academic institutions, key opinion leaders, agencies, suppliers, retailers and other healthcare professionals attend relevant industry events.

  13. Control and manage brand budget within parameters, produce monthly summary and highlight any red flags and significant savings vs plan.

  14. Identify product lifecycle line extensions and any new reclassification opportunities for the Maxwellia pipeline

  15. Ensure marketing materials and campaigns follow brand guidelines, local regulations and compliance standards

  16. Be proactive and keep ahead of developments in health technology and how it relates to self care and apply where required Maxwellia brand.

 

Personal Profile

  • 3 to 5 years in an FMCG brand management environment and exposure to P&L responsibility

  • Digitally knowledgeable

  • Degree level education

  • Self-starter, ability to adapt quickly to a fast evolving environment and enjoy a fast paced culture.

  • Demonstrated skills in developing and successfully deploying communication campaigns incl. key media TV, Press, Digital & In-store.

  • Good organizational skills, ability to effectively prioritise multiple demands, make good decisions and action promptly

  • Gets stuff done

  • High level communication skills verbal and written

  • Insightful and forward looking; strategic thinker

  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications, including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

  • Passionate about self care

  • An interest in health technology

  • Lives within commuting distance of Weybridge, Surrey.
